Dr. Robert E. Neville, DPM, FACFA
Dr. Robert E. Neville is a Board Certified, ABPS, Podiatric Physician and Surgeon of the foot and ankle. He is the medical and surgical director of Dr. Robert E. Neville and Associates, P.A., Foot Healthcare Centers, a multi-physician, multi-office group practice. Dr. Neville has proudly cared for the professional medical needs of the community for more than 22 years. He is a specialist in surgery, reconstruction, trauma, sports medicine, and the treatment of all diseases and deformities of the foot and ankle. Dr. Neville, his professionals and staff provide complete care of the foot and ankle from physical therapy to gait analysis, biomechanical orthotics to health shoes. Their medical and surgical expertise for pediatric, diabetic, athletic and geriatric care are all performed with the most advanced technology in MRI, x-ray, surgery, endoscopy and diagnostic ultrasound --- with a gentle caring touch. “If it’s feet…it’s us!”
Dr. Neville is a native of Chicago, Illinois. He came to the great state of Texas to complete his surgical residency education in the Houston Medical Center. He is a resident of The Woodlands, Texas, and is blessed with three wonderful chilDr.en and lovely wife, Renee. Dr. Neville is professionally educated to helping his patients achieve and maintain excellent foot and ankle health throughout their lifetime. His combination of an enthusiastic friendly personality, surgical expertise, compassion and respect for his patients, and extensive clinical background has made Dr. Neville a trusted physician, surgeon, colleague, and citizen of the community.
Dr. Neville has been honored as “Top Doc” in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery and as “Attending of the Year” for surgical education. He is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, Diplomat of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and Associate of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Dr. Neville is one of the most experienced surgeons in the country in extracorporeal shock wave therapy for heel pain. He serves as a surgical educator for the Harris County Podiatric Surgical Residency Program and the Houston Podiatric Foundation Surgical Residency Program. He is past president of the Harris County Podiatric Medical Society, and member in good standing in The American Podiatric Medical Association, Texas Podiatric Medical Association, and Harris County Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Neville is an active staff physician of all area hospitals and Surgery Center of The Woodlands.

John M. Ehret, D.P.M.
Dr. John M. Ehret provides care for all of the medical needs of the feet as a podiatric physician and surgeon. In 1996 Dr. Ehret began practicing in Texas, and enjoys all aspects of podiatric foot care. His goal is to accurately diagnose foot pathologies and provide effective relief from these ailments – whether dermatological, neurological or musculoskeletal in nature.
Dr. Ehret attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where he received, with honors, a bachelor’s degree in Physiology and Cell Biology. He completed his medical education at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. After earning his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree, he completed his residency training in Podiatric Surgery and Medicine at the Houston Podiatric Foundation in 1999.
Dr. Ehret was raised in Huntington Beach, California, and cites tennis as his primary recreational activity. His wife, Eileen, is a nuclear medicine/PET-imaging technologist who works in the greater Houston area, as well as, The Woodlands. Their daughter, Jacqueline, graduated from Klein High School and is currently a senior at the University of Houston, majoring in Photography and Digital Imaging.
Dr. Brent S. Wood
Dr. Brent S. Wood is a Podiatric Physician and Surgeon specializing in arthroscopy and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. Dr. Wood began his education at the University of Utah where he served as a Spanish translator at the chilDr.en’s hospital. His love for the life sciences and anatomy led him to pursue a surgical specialty. He attended medical school at Des Moines University-College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery following which he obtained extensive surgical training in residency in Seattle, WA and Detroit, MI.
Dr. Wood enjoys conversing with all his patients and finding the best way to alleviate their foot and ankle discomfort. He specializes in deformity correction including: flatfoot, clubfoot, and fracture repair. He is also trained in foot and ankle arthroscopy, nerve decompression, clubfoot casting, and the diagnosis and treatment of general podiatric conditions.
Dr. Wood was raised in Salt Lake City, UT and is an avid skier. His wife, Summer, is from Austin, TX. Summer enjoys photograpy and is a faithful Texas Longhorn. Together they a have a beautiful baby daughter, Grace.
Nora Zoe Ramos-Carthew, DPM, FACFAS, FAPWCA
Dr. Nora Zoe Ramos-Carthew is a 1994 graduate of Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. She is board certified in foot surgery by ABPS, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, as well as the American Professional Wound Care Association. After completion of her surgical residency in Miami, FL, she then continued expanding her career as an attending of 3 surgical residency programs. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, and became the medical director of the Podiatry Section of the Surgery Department at Larkin Community Hospital in South Miami. Dr. Ramos-Carthew also served as a Secretary and Treasurer of the Miami-Dade County Podiatric Medical Association.
A native of Puerto Rico, and fluent in Spanish, she worked in private practice in Coral Gables, Miami, Florida, for 12 years, and moved to Houston after tying the knot with her husband Scott--a marathon runner and triathalete whom she met at her church group.
Dr. Ramos-Carthew's areas of special interest include sports medicine, gait analysis, pediatric care, wound care, and corrective and reconstructive surgery. She performs gait analysis, with the Tekscan F-Scan system, which enables her to pinpoint the problem area instantly. She also uses state-of-the- art, 3D Scanning foot impressions to ensure the proper type and fit of custom made orthotics. Whether you need orthotics for a particular sport, women’s dress shoes, children, or just for regular use in most shoes Dr. Ramos-Carthew will fit you with the right orthotics. Children are a major concern for Dr. Ramos-Carthew, because she knows how important it is to take care of their foot problems when they are young. She treats them for problems such as in-toeing, flat feet, toe walking, and many other foot deformity and skin conditions, making a difference in the their adult foot type and gait.

She also enjoys reaching out to the local community as a speaker for the Fort Bend Fit Running Club and is a volunteer podiatrist for the Houston Marathon. In Miami, Dr. Ramos-Carthew was invited as a guest on the Spanish language television show “Vida Total,” (on the Galavision network), to talk about the effects of high heel shoes in women. She has also appeared as a recurring guest in a series on podiatry related issues that have aired on the hit Spanish language television shows “Primer Impacto” and “Despierta America.” Always one step ahead of the learning curve, we look forward to Dr. Ramos-Carthew's valuable contributions and continued excellence in the field.
Eugene T. Lansangan
Eugene T. Lansangan is a licensed physical therapist in the state of Texas since 1997. He specializes in the treatment and/or rehabilitation of ankle and foot injuries and dysfunction. He completed his Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy at Angeles University Foundation, Philippines in 1995 and ranked 11th in the country on the national physical therapy examination. In 1997, Mr. Lansangan moved to the United States and passed the board exam in both Indiana and Texas. Mr. Lansangan has years of experience in geriatric rehabilitation, wound care, treatment of neurological dysfunction, orthopedic and sports medicine injuries. Mr. Lansangan joined Dr. Neville’s practice in 2002.
Mr. Lansangan is specially skilled and educated in the conservative rehabilitation and management of physical dysfunction and injury through the use of therapeutic exercises and physical modalities. His primary goals are to provide patient education, pain relief, facilitate healing, restore normal functional movement due to an injury or illness, and prevent injuries.
Kevin Gainer C.PED, B.O.C.F.
Kevin Gainer is a licensed Certified Pedorthist. He received his training at The Medical College of Wisconsin, The Medical College of Pittsburgh, and the Medical Technical School in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. In 1976 he was certified as a Registered Shoe Fitter and has been a member of the Board of Certified Fitters (B.O.C.F) since 1997. Kevin specializes in the custom molding for Orthotics for the diabetic patient and for athletes, both young and old. He custom makes braces to accommodate individual patient need for solid ankle foot Orthosis; articulated ankle foot Orthosis; hinged leg braces; crow walker boot, and fracture boot Orthosis. He also specializes in shoe modifications for that added lift or additional relief with build-ups; rocker soles; pressure relieving modifications and shoe stretching.
